Tehran Court Voids Farmers' Rights Claims Against Tose'e Sakhteman Over Tehran International Tower Land

International Building Development Company (symbol Sakht) said in a group B material disclosure published on Codal on 15 Mehr 1405 (October 7, 2026) that Branch 22 of the Shahid Beheshti General Court in Tehran has voided claims for "farmers' rights" (huquq-e zare'ane) filed against it. The claims concerned the land of the Tehran International Tower, covering several registered parcels of main parcel 70 in registration district 11 of Tehran.
According to the filing, verdict No. 140568390013305491 dated 12 Mehr 1405 (October 4) was issued after the company's defence and after inquiries to bodies including the national Land Affairs Organization, the inspection office of the Tehran Province Deeds and Properties Registry and the Tehran Province Agricultural Jihad Organization. Citing Article 197 of the Civil Procedure Code, the court declared the claimants' suit in the main case, and related claims, void in the company's favour. The company gave no explanation of the ruling's financial effect.
