Tekado Finalizes Purchase of 42 Percent Stake in Gostaresh Mavad Maghnatisi Taban for 526 Billion Rials

Tekado completed its purchase of 6,173,883 shares, equal to a 42 percent stake in Gostaresh Mavad Maghnatisi Taban, from Taban Niroo Sepahan for 526,385 million rials (about 526.4 billion rials), according to a group B material disclosure filed on Codal on Monday, September 29, 2026 (7 Mehr 1405). Under the disclosed settlement terms, 80 percent of the transaction amount is paid upfront, with the remaining 20 percent due once the share transfer is officially registered.

The purchase completes an auction process that parent company Taba had announced two days earlier, on Monday, September 28, naming Tekado as the winning bidder for the same 42 percent stake.
