Vamayar Transfers 56 Percent Stake in Steelmaking Complex to Subsidiary via Auction

The company trading under the symbol Vamayar disclosed in an Article 129 related party filing on Codal, published Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (25 Shahrivar 1405), that it transferred 11,236,996 shares, equal to a 56.18 percent stake in Nayzar Pars Morvarid Steelmaking Complex, to its subsidiary Shahrakha ye Sanati Pars Gostar Nayzar through a public auction process. The deal was valued at 54,297 million rials and settled non cash through offsetting current receivables between the two parties. The filing states the buyer holds a 78.13 percent stake in the counterparty.
