Vamir (AIMP) Pledges 1.9 Billion Kama Shares to Back a 6,600 Billion Rial Guarantee
22 October 2026 | 6 days ago
Amir Industrial and Mining Group, known as Vamir (ticker AIMP), said in a Group B filing published on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 that it intends to guarantee electronic bills of exchange issued by Kayhan Maaden Apadana for 6,600 billion rials. To do so, the company has pledged 1.9 billion Kama shares that it owns.
The Codal form speaks of the company "intending" to give the guarantee and states neither a maturity date nor payment terms. A guarantee means accepting responsibility for repayment if the debtor fails to pay; the share pledge only backs that commitment.
