Vaspahan Adds to Its Bahman Group Holding With Cash Share Purchase

Poyandegan Sarmayeh Sepahan Investment Company, known as Vaspahan, disclosed on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 that it bought an additional stake in Bahman Group for cash that day. The Group A Codal form records the transaction at 192,863 million rials, the acquired holding at 0.0467 percent and the buyer's total stake after the transaction at 0.05198 percent.

This is a share purchase in Bahman Group, not the acquisition of control. The disclosed ownership after the deal remains a small fraction of Bahman Group's shares; the transaction amount is reported in million rials.
