Sepah Investment Company, trading under the ticker Vasepah, said in a disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (18 Shahrivar 1405), that it transferred 2,350,217,346 of its shares in Omid Investment Management Group to Bank Sepah outside the normal clearing mechanism. Based on an auditor's confirmation dated September 1 (10 Shahrivar), the transfer settles part of Sepah Investment's 33,662 billion rial (about 3,366 billion toman) dividend payable debt to Omid Investment Management Group.
