Vasepahan Buys and Sells Units of the Ayar Mofid Gold Fund in Two Separate Transactions

Vasepahan (و سپاهان) disclosed two consecutive transactions in units of the Ayar Mofid Gold Fund on Codal. Per the first filing, the company purchased 0.06939 percent of the fund's units on Monday, September 21, 2026 (30 Shahrivar 1405), at 655,758 rials per unit, for a total of 2,307,414,000,000 rials. A day later, on Tuesday, September 22 (31 Shahrivar), it sold 0.06434 percent of the same fund's units at 653,908 rials per unit for a total of 2,133,592,000,000 rials, generating a profit of 415,850,000,000 rials. Both group A material disclosures were published on Codal on the afternoon of Tuesday, 31 Shahrivar.
