Vasmehr Sells 49 Million Darab Cement Shares to Sepah Investment

TSE-listed Vasmehr said in an Article 129 related-party disclosure filed with Codal on September 15, 2026 (Shahrivar 24, 1405) that it sold 49 million shares of Darab Cement Co. to its major shareholder, Sepah Investment Co., at the board price of 19,310 rials per share, for a total of 940,567 million rials (about 94 billion tomans). The filing put the shares' book value at 268,126 million rials and said the deal's total value equaled about 17.61 percent of the company's sales revenue in the prior year. Settlement was in cash, with no discount granted.
