Vaspahan Buys a 0.216 Percent Stake in Bahman Investment for About 24.9 Billion Tomans

Poyandegan Sarmayeh Sepahan Investment Company, traded as Vaspahan, disclosed in a Group A filing (tracing number 1611169) that on October 13, 2026 it bought a 0.216 percent stake in Bahman Investment Company for cash. The deal was priced at 2,313.55 rials per share, with a total transaction amount of 249,864 million rials, about 24.9 billion tomans.

According to the Codal form, Vaspahan held no stake in Bahman Investment before the purchase, so its total ownership after the deal is 0.216 percent. The form notes that a holding of this kind does not give the buyer the ability to appoint management or control the issuer. The disclosure was published on the evening of Tuesday, October 13.
