Vatus Sells Its Entire 83 Percent Stake in Nikan Portfolio Management

The company listed under the symbol Vatus (وآتوس) said in a group A material disclosure published on Codal on Monday, 28 September 2026 (6 Mehr 1405) that it had transferred 83 percent of Nikan Portfolio Management Company to that company's shareholders the same day. The price was 6,957 rials per share, for a total of 531,200 million rials (531.2 billion rials).

According to the filing, the book cost of the shares was also 531,200 million rials, so no gain or loss was recognised on the sale, and Vatus's ownership of Nikan Portfolio Management fell to zero. A first payment of 200 billion rials will be received, with the balance to be settled by 10 Aban 1405 (1 November 2026).
