With SAPCO Approval, Khapouyesh's Sale Prices to Iran Khodro Rise Nearly 44 Percent

Khapouyesh filed an amended Codal disclosure stating that, with approval from SAPCO (Iran Khodro's engineering and parts-supply arm), the sale price of its sensor units, digital warning displays and other products rose from 63,297,447 rials to 90,955,211 rials per unit, an increase of nearly 44 percent. These products accounted for 44 percent of the company's total revenue last fiscal year. The filing says the new pricing raises the company's five-month sales (through August 22, 2026) by about 6,618 billion rials, or roughly 17 percent, with the full fiscal-year 1405 impact estimated at about 18,477 billion rials. The group-A disclosure was published on Codal on Sunday, September 20 (29 Shahrivar 1405).
