Zeshk Raises Average Sale Prices of Its Food Products by 32 Percent

The company trading under the ticker Zeshk disclosed, in a group A material disclosure filed on Codal on Friday, October 3, 2026 (11 Mehr 1405), that its board decided at a meeting on August 24, 2026 (2 Shahrivar 1405) to revise sale prices monthly, citing rising raw material costs driven by wartime conditions, the exchange rate's rise and infrastructure damage. According to the filing, the company's average product sale price rose 32 percent, from 1,948,000,000 rials to 2,572,000,000 rials per ton. The company said these products accounted for all of its sales revenue in the prior fiscal year.
