Bzendegi's extraordinary general assembly, held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (8 Mehr 1405), approved earnings per share of 237 rials for the 12-month period ending March 20, 2026, and resolved to distribute 191 rials per share, a payout ratio of about 80.6 percent.
