Eftekhar Sahm Investment Sells Stake in Tidewater Middle East, Books 148 Billion Rial Profit

Eftekhar Sahm Investment Company (TSE ticker: وفتخار) said in a disclosure published on the Codal filing system on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (September 6, 2026), that on the same date it sold 32,481,016 shares of Tidewater Middle East Public Joint Stock Company (TSE ticker: حتاید) at a price of 8,095 rials per share, for a net amount of 260,763 million rials, in cash through the TSE's first market.
According to the filing, the cost basis of the divested shares was 112,560 million rials, and the company booked a net profit of 148,203 million rials on the sale. The divestment represents 5 percent of the company's total assets and 12 percent of its total sales revenue in the previous fiscal year.
