Pledge on Six Cement Subsidiaries' Shares Worth 13,711 Billion Rials Released by Fars and Khuzestan Cement

Fars and Khuzestan Cement Company (TSE ticker: سفارس) said in a disclosure published on the Codal filing system on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (September 6, 2026), that it has released the pledge on shares of six cement subsidiaries: Khuzestan Cement (34,900,000 shares), Urmia Cement (13,428,571 shares), Behbahan Cement (183,964,000 shares), Bojnourd Cement (49,744,897 shares), Fars-e No Cement (39,776,000 shares) and Saveh Cement (150,058,445 shares).

According to the filing, the released pledge was valued at 13,711,261 million rials, about 1,371 billion tomans, while the net book value of these assets was reported at 261,943 million rials. The event date was recorded as 15 Shahrivar 1405, September 6, 2026.
