Tehran's 50 kilogram cement bag rose from about 218,000 tomans on July 24, 2026 to 291,000 tomans on August 7, a jump of about 33.5% in two weeks that puts it roughly 15% above its late-June level. Saveh cement rose just 4% and Abyek about 12% over the same span. At the same time the bag-to-bulk premium roughly doubled at most makers. This analysis is not a buy or sell recommendation.
