Post Bank's 6.24% Block Stake Sale in Tejarat Now Insurance Finds No Buyer on Fara Bourse

Post Bank of Iran (TSE: Vapost) said in a material disclosure on Codal that a block offer of 1,499,399,995 shares, equal to a 6.24 percent stake in Tejarat Now Insurance, held on Iran Fara Bourse's second market on October 3, 2026 (11 Mehr 1405) per the exchange's own notice, failed to find a buyer at the announced terms. The lack of a result became clear the same day.
