Post Bank's 6.24 Percent Stake Offer in Tejarat Now Insurance Finds No Buyers on Farabourse

Post Bank of Iran (TSE: Vapost) said in a material disclosure published on Codal on Saturday, Mehr 11, 1405 (October 3, 2026), that a block offer of 1,499,399,995 shares, equal to a 6.24 percent stake in Tejarat Now Insurance, held on Iran Fara Bourse's second market on Mehr 11 per the exchange's own notice, failed to find a buyer at the announced terms. The disclosure said the lack of a result became clear the same day.
