According to a material disclosure filed by the Bank of Industry and Mine on Codal, the bank, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of Atiyeh Damavand Investment Group, held an auction on Monday, 5 October 2026, to sell a 46.66 percent stake in Iran Chemical Industries Investment Company. The filing said the shares were not sold on the offering date because no bidders came forward under the announced terms. The auction is part of a broader pattern of block-share offerings of bank and public-institution-linked assets.
