Bank Saderat Iran's Auction of Hepco Shares Draws No Buyer

Bank Saderat Iran (symbol: Vabsader) said in a Group B disclosure filed on Codal on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, that the auction to sell shares of Heavy Equipment Production Company (Hepco) was held the same day but drew no buyer. The bank cited Article 13 of the executive instruction on disclosure by companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Organization.

According to a Sedaye Bourse report, Bank Saderat had earlier announced a plan to offer more than 1.5 billion shares, equal to 1.87 percent of Hepco, by auction on 7 October 2026. The Codal disclosure does not announce a date for another round of the auction or a base price.
