Avaye Pars Insurance (TSE ticker: AVPP) disclosed on Codal, under Article 129 related-party transaction rules, that it signed a 2,700,000 million rial (2.7 trillion rial) reinsurance contract on March 21, 2026, with "Avaye Pars Reinsurance," a counterparty that is both a shareholder and a board member of Avaye Pars, holding about 13.04 percent of the counterparty's shares. According to the disclosure, published today, Saturday, October 3, 2026 (Mehr 11, 1405), the contract's value equals about 20.22 percent of the company's total sales revenue in the previous fiscal year and 9.62 percent of the book value of its total assets. Settlement will follow the contract's terms.
