Vali-ollah Jafari, director of issuer oversight at Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization, said on state television today, Saturday, October 3, 2026, that the investee companies' assemblies covering fiscal year 1404 (ended March 2026) have been held during 1405, and those companies are required to pay the Justice Shares dividend to holders on schedule, though the exact deposit date remains unclear; funds will be paid once received from the investee companies and once a deposit mechanism is ready. He estimated the per-holder dividend at around 2 million tomans, with the final figure to be announced by the Central Securities Depository once all assemblies conclude, likely landing between 2 and 2.5 million tomans. Jafari added that of the provincial Justice Shares investment companies, assemblies have been held for seven provinces for fiscal year 1402 and seven for 1403, while five provinces have held theirs so far for fiscal year 1404. Heirs of deceased Justice Shares holders, he said, can register through branches of Bank Melli, Bank Mellat, Tejarat or Parsian, or through brokerages registered with the Central Securities Depository, via the "Miras" (inheritance) system.
