Average imported car price in Iran reaches 12.175 billion tomans on 3 August 2026

A survey of Iran's imported car market on Monday, 3 August 2026, shows the average value of imported vehicles available in the market reached about 12.175 billion tomans, with prices for most models little changed from the previous week.

Two cars on the published list rose in price: the 2025 Mazda EZ60 gained 400 million tomans week on week to 13.7 billion tomans, and the 2025 Volkswagen ID.UNYX Pure rose 150 million tomans to 7.25 billion tomans. Prices for the other models on the list were unchanged, including the 2025 Japanese built Toyota Camry LE at 12.5 billion tomans and the 2025 Mercedes Benz C200 at 17.5 billion tomans.

The cheapest vehicle on the list was the 2025 Toyota Levin Hybrid at 6 billion tomans, while the most expensive was the 2026 Volvo XC60 at 26 billion tomans. According to the report, alongside the exchange rate, limited supply and the variety of available models also shape imported car prices, and the arrival of 2026 model year vehicles was a notable feature of the market that day.
