BAMA Transfers Subsidiary Assets Into a New Company Workshop
26 October 2026 | 2 days ago
Bama Mining and Industrial, ticker BAMA, said in a related-party filing on Monday, October 26, 2026 that it bought all the assets, machinery and equipment of its wholly owned subsidiary Shahin Rouy Sepahan and intends to register them as its fourth workshop. The transfer value, based on an official expert assessment, is stated as 913,395 million rials.
The company says it will settle the transaction against receivables and that its board wants to make the subsidiary's production more economical. This is an intragroup transaction, not a sale to an outside customer; the stated amount does not by itself mean new cash revenue for the group.
