DADE Discloses Storage-Equipment Purchase From Affiliate for Resale to Customer

Iran Data Processing Company, ticker DADE, disclosed in a related-party transaction form published on Codal on Monday, October 26, 2026 a contract to buy PowerStore 5200 storage equipment from Tose'e Riz Computer Iran for resale to a customer. The purchase contract is for 3,000,000 million rials. DADE says it owns 40% of the supplier, which it describes as a non-controlling affiliate.

According to the filing, the entire purchase price is payable to the supplier after physical delivery and technical acceptance. The company cites a lower price and shorter delivery time as its reasons for choosing the related party. This is an equipment purchase contract; the form neither names the end customer nor confirms a completed final sale or receipt of payment from that customer.
