Bandar Imam Petrochemical's Financial Statements Get an Unqualified Audit Opinion for the First Time in 14 Years

According to Boursenews, citing Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company's public relations office, the company's annual general meeting on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 (27 Mordad 1405) approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 29 Esfand 1404 (late Esfand, around March 2026) with an unqualified opinion from its independent auditor and legal inspector, the first time in about 14 years the company's audit report has carried such an opinion.
The company said the development, alongside growth in production, sales and profitability indicators in recent years, points to improved financial discipline and reporting at Bandar Imam Petrochemical.
