Bank Pasargad to auction 5.57 percent stake in Mapna Group

Bank Pasargad disclosed via codal on Monday, September 14, 2026, that under Article 16 of Iran's law on removing obstacles to competitive production and to reduce its non-bank investments, it is putting 5.57 percent of its stake in Mapna Group up for auction through the Tehran Stock Exchange company. Under the filing, the stake will be sold as a single lot for cash or installments at bidders' proposed prices, with the deadline to obtain further information set for September 28, 2026.
