Bank Pasargad's Offer of Part of Its Stake in Bimeh Pasargad Also Finds No Buyer

Bank Pasargad said in a material disclosure on Codal that a call for offers to sell part of its investment in Bimeh Pasargad (Pasargad Insurance) through the Farabourse, held on Monday, 5 October 2026, did not succeed because no bidders came forward. The bank said the sale remains on its board's agenda and that further details and terms will be disclosed on Codal once internal procedures are completed. It was the second large bank-linked block offering that day to end without a buyer.
