Reuters reported the oil market is weighing conflicting signals: improving Saudi crude export flows point to better regional supply, while the risk of renewed US-Iran tensions has raised fears of disruption. China's decision to curb oil product exports in October has added to concerns over tightening fuel supply. Separately, the US government has asked Germany and France to release about 120 million barrels from their emergency diesel reserves over six months to ease pressure on the global fuel market. Analysts say the 100 dollar level has become a key psychological threshold for the oil market.
