Company trading under the ticker Ghavita raises biscuit prices by about 30 percent

A company trading on the Tehran Stock Exchange under the ticker Ghavita raised the sale prices of its biscuit products, according to a disclosure filed on Iran's codal system on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (17 Shahrivar 1405), citing higher costs for raw materials including flour, oil, sugar, milk powder, flavorings and packaging, under a board authorization. Per the filing, the per unit price rose from 2,200,000 rials to 2,860,000 rials, an increase of about 30 percent. The company said these biscuit products accounted for 94 percent of its sales revenue in the prior fiscal year.
