Madarans Discloses Mainframe Supply Contract With Agricultural Bank

Iran Data Processing Company, ticker DADE, disclosed on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, that it had received a contract to supply four Z14 mainframe computers to Agricultural Bank. In its Codal form, the company states a transaction amount of 179,500,000 million rials and identifies the bank as a major customer.

Under the same filing, most of the contract price is payable after physical delivery, with the remainder following installation and training. The contract amount therefore does not mean that the full revenue was earned or collected on the announcement date. The disclosure concerns a notified contract, not completed equipment delivery.
