DeFi Development Launches $300 Million Plan to Buy More Solana

US company DeFi Development, listed on Nasdaq under ticker DFDV, increased its Solana treasury holdings by another 55,491 units, worth approximately 5.78 million dollars, Arzdigital reported on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The company simultaneously launched an at the market share offering program of up to 300 million dollars, with proceeds to be used mainly for further Solana purchases.
With the addition, the company's total treasury holdings reached about 2,388,923 SOL and SOL equivalents, up about 2 percent from August 27. DeFi Development describes itself as the first US public company whose treasury strategy centers on accumulating Solana reserves; alongside holding the asset, it also operates its own dedicated validator infrastructure.
