Dollar Remittance Rate at the Exchange Center Rises 1,111 Tomans to 172,851

The Iran Exchange Center for Currency and Gold set every remittance currency higher for Monday, 6 Mehr 1405 (September 28, 2026). According to Mehr News Agency, the selling rate for the US dollar remittance rose 1,111 tomans to 172,851 tomans, and the buying rate rose 1,101 tomans to 171,295 tomans.
The euro remittance selling rate rose 1,523 tomans to 197,154 tomans, the UAE dirham 424 tomans to 47,666, the Chinese yuan 164 tomans to 25,747, and the Russian ruble was set at 2,049 tomans. EcoIran reported the same dollar rate.
On the same day the free-market dollar in Tehran traded at about 240,380 tomans (Donya-e-Eqtesad), leaving the free rate about 39 percent above the Exchange Center's dollar remittance selling rate.
