Economy Minister Issues List of Shares Held in Subsidiaries' Portfolios Subject to Divestment, Including Iran Khodro, Saipa and Shasta

Economy and Finance Minister Seyyed Ali Madanizadeh issued a circular to the executive bodies covered by Article 29 of the Sixth Development Plan Law, setting out the list of divestable shares under sub-clause 2 of clause B of Article 5 of the Seventh Progress Plan Law. Donya-e-Eqtesad reported the circular on Saturday, October 10, 2026 (18 Mehr 1405).

According to the attached table, the list covers shares of parent companies held in the portfolios of subsidiaries as of June 20, 2026 (30 Khordad 1405), announced for divestment. The list includes shares in companies such as Iran Khodro, Saipa, the Social Security Investment Company (Shasta), Parsian Bank, EN Bank, Omid Investment Management Group, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines, Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries, the National Iranian Copper Industries Company, Khuzestan Steel and Gol Gohar, and spans the carmaking, banking, investment, petrochemical, basic metals, cement and pharmaceutical groups. Each parent company's stake in the subsidiaries is given in the attached table. Donya-e-Eqtesad's report did not give a divestment timetable.
