Edalat (Justice) Shares Dividend for Fiscal Year 1404 to Be Paid to Shareholders Starting Early September

The head of the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives said on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (21 Mordad 1405), that part of the Edalat (Justice) Shares dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026 (1404) will be paid to close to 44 million Iranian shareholders by Government Week (September 2 to 8, corresponding to 2 to 8 Shahrivar). According to Ecoiran, citing Fararu, Abdollahi said dividends will again be paid in two installments, at midyear and year end as in previous years, and that Iran's Securities and Exchange Organization has not yet issued an official announcement on the exact payment date. Citing the vulnerability of investee companies during the recent war, he said the 1405 dividend amount will not differ significantly from last year's. Based on past payments, holders of a 452,000 toman Edalat Shares portfolio received 443,000 tomans in dividends, and the most recent payment, covering the fiscal year ended March 20, 2025 (29 Esfand 1403), was made in June this year.
