Emami Coin Rises to 238 Million Tomans as Quarter and Gram Coins Slip

According to rates announced by the Tehran Gold and Jewelry Union, reported by Donya-e-Eqtesad on the morning of Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (September 6, 2026), the Emami gold coin rose today to 238 million tomans. Per the same report, the half coin held unchanged at 120,500,000 tomans, while the quarter coin fell to 64,500,000 tomans and the gram coin fell to 35,000,000 tomans.

According to Sahmino's own live price data at 11:34am the same day, the Emami coin was up 0.42 percent from the previous day at 238,485,000 tomans, a figure consistent with the Union's posted rate. This mixed move, a higher price for the full coin alongside declines in the quarter and gram coins, came just hours after this morning's report had shown most gold and coin prices falling in tandem.
