Employer Social Security Payment Deadline for Tir Extended to End of Sunday, Shahrivar 1

Iran's Social Security Organization announced on Saturday, August 22, 2026 (31 Mordad 1405) that the deadline for employers to submit payroll lists and pay Tir 1405 (roughly June/July 2026) insurance premiums, along with premiums for special groups such as drivers, has been extended, without late penalties, to midnight on Sunday, Shahrivar 1 (August 23, 2026).

According to ISNA, cited by Donya-e-Eqtesad, the organization's public relations office apologized for disruptions in its non in person services system and said the extension was granted to assist employers and insured parties who had not yet been able to fulfill their obligations. It added that branches and agencies nationwide would remain open to accept lists and premium payments until 7pm on Sunday.
