Fannaft's General Meeting Approves 295 Rial Dividend per Share

According to Boursenews, published on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 (27 Mordad 1405), Petroleum Equipment Industries Company's (ticker: Fannaft) extraordinary general meeting, attended by 73.08 percent of shareholders, approved a cash dividend of 295 rials per share for the fiscal year ended 29 Esfand 1404 (around March 2026). CEO Mohammad Soleimani told the meeting the company plans to expand its product portfolio, boost revenue and sales, and pursue targeted marketing and cost optimization in the new fiscal year.
Fannaft, listed on Iran Farabourse's second market since 1395 (2016), operates across roughly 84,000 square meters at the Shams Abad industrial park and its Tous Peyvand site near Mashhad, manufacturing industrial valves for the oil, gas, refining and petrochemical industries. Soleimani said the company is also working on receivables collection and reducing cost overruns.
