Tehran Housing Investment Puts Strategic Mirdamad Property Up for Auction at 2,300 Billion Toman Base Price

According to Boursenews, published on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 (27 Mordad 1405), Tehran Housing Investment Company (ticker: Sotehran) said in a Codal disclosure that it is auctioning a commercial-office property on the northern side of Mirdamad Boulevard. The property, with 896.58 square meters of land and more than 3,243 square meters of total built area (a commercial ground floor plus 4 office floors), along with 43 parking spaces and 212 square meters of storage, is offered at a base price of 23,000 billion rials (2,300 billion tomans), cash only.
Bids opened on 27 Mordad and close at the end of business on 5 Shahrivar 1405 (27 August 2026), with envelopes to be opened on 7 Shahrivar (29 August). Bidders must post a guarantee equal to 5 percent of the base price. The property is mortgaged to Tose'e Ta'avon Bank, and final title transfer is contingent on settling the related debt in full. Per Boursenews, the cash inflow from the sale is expected to strengthen the company's current ratio and working capital, with part of the proceeds going toward settling its bank debt.
