Final Plan for Justice Shares to Be Settled in Government Within Weeks

Seyed Ali Madanizadeh, Iran's Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, said the executive instruction for reorganizing Justice Shares and settling their final status will be finalized in government within the coming weeks. He made the remarks at a consultation meeting with economists on Justice Shares, and Mehr News Agency published them, citing the ministry, on Sunday, 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405).

According to the minister, the instruction was drafted some time ago in the High Council of the Exchange to settle the holdings of beneficiaries, covering both the investee companies and the provincial investment companies, but because the number of stakeholders is so large, consultations to reach agreement have continued until now. He said the government's text seeks to protect the rights of all direct and indirect shareholders.

Madanizadeh added that parliament wants lawmakers to prepare a comprehensive plan of their own on the matter, and that the ministry is in talks with parliament to bring it to a conclusion as quickly as possible.
