Free Market Dollar in Tehran Falls to 185,600 Tomans on Monday, 19 Mordad

According to Khabaronline, the free market dollar in Tehran reached 185,600 tomans on Monday, 19 Mordad 1405 (August 10, 2026), while the euro was priced at 214,530 tomans. The figure extends the previous day's decline: the free market dollar had already fallen to 185,910 tomans on Sunday, 18 Mordad, according to Donya e Eqtesad, losing the 186,000 toman level that same day. Sahmino's own price data confirms a roughly 3,000 toman (0.16 percent) drop in the negotiated dollar rate through the close of Sunday, 18 Mordad trading (19:59 Tehran time). Meanwhile, the official exchange center dollar rate rose 0.31 percent on Monday to 1,549,310 rials.
