Food producer Ghachin announced on Thursday, September 24, 2026 (2 Mehr 1405), in a group A material disclosure on Codal, that its board has raised the sale price of its products following higher raw material and production costs. According to the filing, the price of its benchmark product (800-gram easy-open tomato paste and 700-gram glass-jar paste) rises from 2,099,000 rials to 2,799,000 rials, an increase of about 33%. The board issued the approval, effective the same day, September 24, 2026.

The company said this product accounted for 78% of its total revenue in the previous fiscal year. Ghachin explained that the higher price lifts sales revenue, but because costs have also risen, its gross margin percentage will stay unchanged and only gross profit in rial terms will increase. Ghachin shares closed their last session on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 on the Tehran Stock Exchange up 2.93% at 4,560 rials.
