Hira Becomes the Commodity Exchange's 36th Gold Fund

The subscription for Hira, a gold-backed investment fund on the Iran Mercantile Exchange, closed after raising 1 hemat (1,000 billion tomans). According to Boursenews on Sunday, 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405), the fund issued one billion units, of which 10 million were premium units and 990 million ordinary units. Secondary trading in the units will begin once the fund is registered on the exchange's funds market.

With Hira, the number of gold funds on the Iran Mercantile Exchange reaches 36. The exchange's own news outlet, IME Report, had also listed the registration of Hira as the 36th gold fund among the week's main events in its weekly round-up on Friday, 25 September (3 Mehr).
