Imen Khodro Shargh, traded as IKSZ, said in a group-A disclosure on Saturday, 17 October 2026, that its board approved higher selling prices for airbags, various seatbelts and keyless systems supplied to its principal customer, Sapco. The company said Sapco accounted for 98 percent of sales in the previous fiscal year and that the new rates apply retroactively from 22 March 2026.
In the Codal letter the company estimates the change will increase operating revenue for the first six months of fiscal 1405 by 10,788,849 million rials, and full-year fiscal 1405 revenue by 21,614,817 million rials. Both are revenue-impact estimates, not realised profit or cash receipts, and both figures are in million rials.
