17 October 2026 | 2 days ago
Parta Tire said in a group-A disclosure and its amended version on Codal on Saturday, 17 October 2026, that it will raise selling prices of radial tyres by an average of 20 percent from that day. The company attributed the move to production input costs that it says have risen by more than 50 percent, before counting costs imposed on the industry. The new price follows the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization's system 124 and that organization's approval.
According to the same letter, radial tyres made up 69 percent of the company's revenue in the previous fiscal year. The disclosure does not estimate the rial effect of the increase on this year's revenue.
