Vbank Investment Group Cancels Shafa Daru Block Sale Following Request for Review
17 October 2026 | 2 days ago
Vbank Investment Group disclosed on Saturday, 17 October 2026, that its planned block sale of 16.921 percent of Shafa Daru Investment shares on the same day was cancelled without a transaction. The Codal notice says that following a letter from Iran's General Inspection Organization seeking a review of the process, the divestment agent and broker withdrew the offering and Tehran Stock Exchange announced its cancellation. This is the outcome of the planned auction, not a signed share-sale agreement or a discovered sale price. Vbank had previously announced the block offer, while Zagros Darou disclosed an intention to bid; the offering is now off.
