According to a group A material disclosure filed on Codal, the TSE ticker THRP (Behtehran), an insurance company listed on Farabourse, reported a major shareholder change. The disclosure, published on Codal on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (Mehr 11, 1405) at 10:54 local time with an event date of September 27, 2026 (Mehr 5), showed two shareholders, Arash Pooyan Raman (18.95 percent) and Vista Tejarat Dey (10.18 percent), sold part of their non-controlling management stakes on Farabourse's second market, cutting their combined ownership from 29.13 percent to 7.13 percent. In turn, Ayandeh Afarinan Alborz Company acquired the shares, entering the shareholder register for the first time with a 20 percent stake.
