Iran Extends the Application Deadline for the Kalabarg Credit Increase Through Friday

<p>Hassan Norouzi, head of Iran's Subsidy Targeting Organization, said on Tuesday, 21 Mehr 1405 (13 October 2026), that the deadline to complete the self-declaration form and apply for the Kalabarg credit increase has been extended until midnight on Friday, 24 Mehr 1405 (16 October 2026).</p><p>The organization said about 40 million people, or 18.3 million households, will qualify for the increase at this stage after completing the form and applying. Household heads who received an information text message can submit their request through the National Smart Government Services portal. The notice gives no date for when the higher credit will take effect or the amount of the increase.</p>
