Kaolin Producer Kakhak Raises Product Prices by Up to 29 Percent

The company trading under the symbol Kakhak disclosed in a material tier A filing on Codal that, citing higher raw material costs and the need to preserve its profit margin, it has raised the average sale price of its processed kaolin products by 29 percent and graded kaolin by 19 percent. Under the disclosure, approved by the board on September 16, 2026 (25 Shahrivar 1405), the per unit price rose from 66,659,833 rials to 85,674,826 rials, effective September 17, 2026 (26 Shahrivar).
According to the filing, sales of these products accounted for about 78 percent of the company's total revenue in the prior fiscal year, meaning the price increase could have a significant effect on its future revenue.
