Levi Strauss beats on second-quarter profit; sales up 8 percent

Levi Strauss on Wednesday, 8 July reported adjusted earnings of 28 cents per share for the second quarter of 2026, above the 24-cent analyst consensus. Sales rose 8 percent year over year to 1.56 billion dollars, ahead of the 1.52 billion dollars analysts had expected. The company's shares fell in after-hours trading following the release.
